We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The manager was extremely helpful from the start, even upgrading our room. He even provided us with tea while we waited and arranged a taxi to the railway station. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was near the Winter Gardens and local attractions. The room was spacious, warm, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. it was a great experience.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that is hard to find elsewhere. I loved the convenient location, as it is close to the centre, attractions, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and the basic amenities provided in the rooms were more than sufficient. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bulky plug sockets, which made charging all my devices a breeze. Moreover, the rooms were cleaned to a high standard during housekeeping and some even offered lovely views. Lastly, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We spend 2 nights in Blackpool lovely. Comforts of twin room were fabulous - an ironing set, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. It had central location close to Houndshill Shopping Centre.

A bit tired venue, even so there were very good staff and location. Set so close to the center and restaurants, coffee shops, and central and north piers in the pretty nice area. Before bed I went to Frenchman's Cove for a nightcap, it's so close to the hotel.
Disappointing aspect was a bit tired bathroom.
